Teresa Smith is a Training Coordinator located in Johnson City, TN, conducting training in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services.  Prior to this role, she served as a Business Coordinator in Northeast Tennessee where she conducted outreach and marketing activities within the business community to promote the benefits of employing people with disabilities.  Teresa has been with the University of Tennessee since 2003.

Teresa holds a BA in human resources management and previously worked as the Human Resources Manager at companies in Greeneville and Johnson City, Tennessee.
