Stephanie Cowherd is an Associate Director at UT CLEE, with over 30 years managing programs that promote diversity within the workforce. She currently provides leadership for programs funded by the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing a statewide team providing on-going technical assistance and professional development for community rehabilitation agencies and professionals employed by this state agency. Throughout her career, she has conducted training and coordinated professional development opportunities for the community, business leaders, educators and human service personnel.

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee, majoring in Psychology and Spanish and has completed graduate course work in Business Management.
