As an RAC, Paul assists school districts in the state of Tennessee by providing in-depth coaching to district leaders and classroom teachers in regard to the importance of inclusivity in the preschool environment. Prior to joining UT CLEE, Paul served as a Special Populations Supervisor for several years in Northwest Tennessee. Paul graduated from UTM in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and went on to earn his master’s degree in educational leadership in 2021 from Arkansas State University.
