Meghan Coyle

PDG TN-ELDS Coordinator

Meghan Coyle joined the CLEE team in February 2026 as the TN-ELDS Program Coordinator. In this role, she supports statewide early childhood initiatives and systems-building efforts, including coordinating the revision of the Tennessee Early Learning and Developmental Standards and collaborating with educators, partners, and stakeholders across the state to strengthen access to high-quality early learning experiences.

Before joining CLEE, Meghan held leadership roles in early childhood education focused on inclusive practices, instructional quality, and program development. She has served as a special education teacher, instructional leader, and school administrator, and has worked closely with educators, therapists, and families to design inclusive learning environments where all children can thrive. She has also designed and delivered professional learning for educators and families across early childhood and special education settings, supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices.
Meghan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and a Master’s degree in Reading Education from Marywood University.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys coaching a Special Olympics Unified soccer team, volunteering with community organizations, and spending time outdoors.

Creating a world where all individuals thrive by transforming education and workforce development.
