Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Learning and Teaching from Lipscomb University and has taught learners from birth through 12th grade.

Across her career, she has served in multiple instructional roles, gaining experience in early childhood, elementary, and secondary settings. Lindsey has also coached adults and educators, supporting instructional growth and helping teams strengthen practices that lead to improved student outcomes. In addition to her work in the classroom and in coaching, she has led programs and teams in various capacities, guiding collaborative efforts to enhance teaching and learning.

Lindsey currently serves as a Regional Access Coach for the Preschool Access for All Network, partnering with districts to expand access to high-quality, inclusive learning experiences for all children.

In her free time, she loves reading, enjoying a fun getaway, and—when the moment calls for it—doing absolutely nothing at all.
