Kristin Williams joined the CLEE team in February 2026 as the Content Specialist for the Preschool Development Grant. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee Tech University and the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement (IECMH-E®). Before joining CLEE, she worked in infant and early childhood mental health for 4+ years supporting professional development for educators and other professionals in the early childhood field. Previous experience includes working in the classroom for 2 years. She is guided by the belief that all children deserve healthy, loving relationships in order for them to have the best start in life!

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with family and friends, DIY home projects, reading, baking, and spending time outdoors.
