Kathleen Arwood

PDG Regional Access Coach

Kathleen Arwood joined CLEE as a Regional Access Coach for the First district in February 2026, bringing over a decade of experience supporting early childhood educators, caregivers, and young children. She holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®).

Before joining CLEE, Kathleen served as Co-Director of Community Engagement at AIMHiTN, leading statewide training, coaching, and outreach initiatives that strengthened educators’ and caregivers’ capacity to foster social-emotional development and high-quality learning experiences for children from birth to age six. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching early childhood teams, helping them create responsive, relationship-centered environments where every child can thrive.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys outdoor adventures with her 9-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son, cross-stitching, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Creating a world where all individuals thrive by transforming education and workforce development.
