Felecia Robinson is a Training Coordinator, partnering with TNDHS/DRS to conduct training for newly hired professionals in the employment services field and providing ongoing continuing education training. She served as a Subject Matter Expert for Tennessee Employment First Leadership Initiative (TEFLI) where she assisted agencies throughout Tennessee to develop their own road maps for transformation.  Her expertise was centered around updating workflows, identifying new sources of funding, and creating new streams of revenue. The transformations to agencies directly translated to improving the lives of the people they supported.

In her past, Felecia was the Director of Quality and Community Supports for SRVS Inc. where she managed the incident management and Quality Assurance team.  She facilitated all on-site surveys and third-party inspections, maintained records, and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes, and ensured compliance with CQL, ECF, CHOICES, DIDD other applicable regulations.

Felecia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Care Administration and Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix. Felecia lives in Memphis, TN. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.
