With experience in special education, instructional support, and professional learning, Erin is dedicated to improving educational systems for students with disabilities. Currently serving as the Content Manager for the TN-TAN Coordination team, she collaborates with state officials and expert partners to develop high-quality resources for educators. Erin’s background includes leadership roles at the Tennessee Department of Education, where she spearheaded initiatives to enhance inclusive practices and guided systemic improvements to ensure all students have access to high-quality instruction. Erin has also taught in the classroom, coached educators, and developed and delivered professional learning programs.

In her free time, Erin loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She enjoys reading, being outside, and traveling.
