Emily joined the CLEE team in February 2026 as a PDG Regional Access Coach. Before beginning her work with CLEE, she gained 9 years of classroom experience which included Preschool and Early Childhood Special Education Intervention. She also served as a school administrator and district instructional coach, supporting teachers in delivering high-quality differentiated instruction that meets the needs of all learners, including gifted students. Emily holds a B.S. in Elementary Education, a Post-Baccalaureate in Early Childhood Education, and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration.

Emily believes excellence in education is achieved through servant leadership, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to equity for every student.

At leisure, Emily enjoys writing, songwriting, singing, playing her fiddle and piano, and spending time with her extended family, husband, and three children.
