David joined the Center for Learning, Education, and Employment (CLEE) in 2005 as a member of the Adult Education Team. In 2008, he took a hiatus to serve as Director of Development at WMMT, a community radio station and project of Appalshop, Inc. David returned to CLEE in 2014 as a Lead Program Manager, overseeing several large-scale events like the Partners in Education (PIE) Conference, the Coordinated School Health (CSH) Institute, and the Teaching All Students (TAS) Initiative. In 2022, David was promoted to CLEE’s Management Team, where he now serves as Associate Director.
