Adrienne Chancey

Regional Access Coach

I began my career in 2004 as a preschool special education assistant and have since advanced through multiple roles in special education and leadership. I hold an AAS in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Lee University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, and a Master of Science in Education Law from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law.
Throughout my career, I have served as a lead special education teacher in a variety of settings. For the past three years, I have served as the Director of Special Education for my district, where I have led initiatives focused on access, equity, and inclusive practices. One of my key accomplishments includes spearheading the development of our district’s first 619 early childhood classroom, making it an inclusive environment that serves as a vital resource for our community.
I am passionate about advocating for students with disabilities and fostering collaborative environments that support all learners.

Creating a world where all individuals thrive by transforming education and workforce development.
