Training Coordinators

Training Coordinators  provide “New Hire”  training for professional who are new to providing employment services for people with disabilities.  In addition, continuing education is provided on topics such as: job coaching;  job development; addressing background checks and working with individuals who are justice involved;  working with specific disability types, assistive technology; etc.  By facilitating the development of skills and knowledge, the quality of employment services is enhanced, resulting in increased employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities served by TN DHS/DRS.
