What We Provide

Founded in 1988, the Center for Learning, Education, and Employment (CLEE) promotes continuous improvement and equitable access in education and employment. We build capacity and forge partnerships to transform visions into reality by providing systems change, professional development, project management, event logistics, and strategic support.

With a team spanning Tennessee and the nation, CLEE collaborates with state and national institutions, early childhood programs (birth to 5), K-12 and post-secondary schools, service agencies, employers, and workforce organizations. Our work prioritizes people with disabilities and underserved populations, leveraging expertise in adult learning to deliver research-driven solutions.

Committed to staying at the forefront of emerging research, we work closely with partners across the University of Tennessee system and beyond. Learn more about our services below.
