Tashara Tolbert is a Training Coordinator, partnering with TNDHS/DRS to conduct training for newly hired professionals in the employment services field and providing ongoing continuing education training. She is a Certified Employment Support Professional with the National Association of People Supporting Employment First. She serves on several community committees, including the Education and Employment Committee of the Memphis Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities.

Tashara has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies with an emphasis in Health Care Administration and has successfully completed graduate classes in the Master of Business Administration program at both Cleveland State University and the University of Memphis.
