Thanks to generous alumni like Sue Conley and Peggy Smith, aka, The Cowgirls, students from Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management will gain valuable hands-on experience as part of the retail team for the UT Creamery, brought back to campus after more than 30 years. The Cowgirls charitable bequest ensures that projects like the creamery help students, farmers, the community, and consumers.
