As the parent of two children with rare to extraordinarily rare medical or genetic conditions, Linda Starnes is not one to just accept things as they are. From the day of their births, Linda and husband Tom, became the advocates for both of their children, Emily & Mac. As an alumna and emeritus member of our College of Education, Health and Human Sciences Board of Advisors, Linda applied the same tireless dedication to advocating for our college to enhance, expand, promote and improve our college.
