The Ready for the World Cafe begins it’s spring season on February 26 with a tour of Italy. The cafe operates in the UT Visitor’s Center located at 2712 Neyland Drive. As part of a long-range plan to transform the campus into a culture of diversity that best prepares students for working and competing in the 21st century, the cafe offers a weekly full-service, fine-dining experience with international themes. The luncheons are produced through a collaboration of HRT 445 (Advanced Food Production and Service Management) offered in the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management department along with the UT Culinary Institute, and the Pellissippi Culinary Institute.
