CEHHS Graduate's Leadership Curriculum to be Taught in Elementary Schools

Katherine Waxstein, graduating with a double major from the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences Child and Family Studies program and the Psychology program from the College of Arts and Sciences is leaving behind a program of her own.  Waxstein has created a character development curriculum designed to teach fifth graders about leadership and help them overcome behavior issues in the classroom.  Her curriculum will be taught as COUN 404: Leadership in University-Assisted Schools as a 3-credit course.  Read more about how Waxstein developed this curriculum and her experience.
