Mossman Hall Groundbreaking with deans and department heads from across campus

Mossman Building To Bring New CEHHS Nutrition Labs

New lab space!!! Groundbreaking for Mossman Hall, the new state-of-the-art laboratory and classroom facility scheduled to open by fall 2018, will bring new CEHHS research labs for the Department of Nutrition. Dean Rider, along with deans and department heads from Psychology, Arts & Sciences, Biochemisty and Cellular and Molecular Biology, and Microbiology all partook in the ceremonies on October 30.  The layout of the facility will include interactive teaching and hands-on learning with plenty of space for both structured and unstructured interactions among students, faculty and staff.

The facility is named for the late Ken and Blair Mossman, who met as students in 1968 and stayed connected to the university throughout their lives.  Read more about the facility in the Tennessee Today article.
